Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake
Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake is an ideal recipe for a delicious morning tea.
The recipe is so easy that can be made between cleaning your teeth and making your bed.

Knowing those benefits I have decided to make a half portion of this cake for a early morning breakfast.
It is so nice to start the day in a very girly way:
while the oven bakes a chocolate cake to make photos of tropical flowers in a new vase which only yesterday was a ketchup bottle. Today the morning sunlight light passes through tits glass and throws shadows on the white wall and my face.
When the cake is ready I сut it into the shortcakes, grease them with orange marmalade and make the topping with chocolate glaze.
Can’t think of a better beginning of a new day!
Here we go, Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake recipe:
- Flavour — 390 gram
- Cocoa powder— 45 gr
- Salt— 2/3 tea spoon
- Brown Sugar — 1.5 cups
- Vegetable oil — 8 soup spoons.
- Water — 1.5 cups.
- Baking Powder — 1 tea spoon.
- Lemon or lime juice ( or vinegar) — 3 tea spoons.
- chocolate — 100 gr
- coconut milk — 100 ml
Mix dry ingredients in a big bowl, pour oil and water into it. Mix baking powder with lemon juice in a cup to activate the reaction, pure this mixture in to the bow with other ingredients. Mix all the ingredients until the dough becomes homogeneous like thick cream. Grease baking tin with oil, pour the dough in it and bake the cake for 40 minutes.
Let the cake cool. Cut it in to 2 or 3 shortcakes. Grease with some sour marmalade or jam you like. I chose orange one.
Optionally you can add bananas. Bananas perfectly match with chocolate biscuit.
Step 4: make yourself a tasty tea, coffee, take a piece of cake and relax.
We face a new day, what will it bring to us? Nobody knows, but the start is so delicious!
